快乐产房，舒适分娩

2023年5月5日，全球助产士迎来第32个国际助产士日。在这特殊的日子里，安联医院邀请两组孕妈家庭共同参加助产士日庆祝活动，走近安联分娩室，与助产士零距离接触交流，感受真实分娩环境。

May 5, 2023, it is the 32nd International Midwives Day. On this special day, Roicare Hospital invites two couples of parent-to-be to participate in the celebration of midwife's day. Closely approached the midwives, visited the delivery room and experienced the real delivery environment.

活动伊始，安联自然分娩中心护士长马丹为此次活动致辞，并向孕妈们一一介绍安联优秀的助产士们。

At the beginning of the event, Ms. Dan Ma, the head nurse of Roicare Natural Delivery Center, delivered a speech and introduced the excellent midwives of Roicare.

为感谢助产士团队兢兢业业的付出，安联医院特别为每一位助产士颁发了荣誉证书，并送上鲜花和蛋糕。在一片欢声笑语中，大家共同分享着节日的喜悦。

Thank you all for the dedicated efforts at all times. Roicare Hospital awarded every midwife with honor, as well as flowers and sweet cakes together with the guests. Everyone enjoyed the day with laughter and cheers.

最后，助产士们邀请准妈妈准爸爸们一起走进产房，感受安联充满爱与温暖的分娩氛围，舒缓孕晚期的紧张心情。

In the end, the midwives invited two couples of parent-to-be visit the delivery room together, getting familiar with delivery atmosphere of Roicare, and letting the stress be relieved in the late pregnancy.

助产士向准妈妈准爸爸们介绍了安联分娩室的基本环境，进入产房待产及分娩的时机，演示各种分娩的技巧，讲解自然分娩过程，以及分娩球、呼吸、按摩等缓解疼痛和不适的非药物镇痛方法。

The midwife introduced the basic knowledge of natural delivery, such as the timing of entering the delivery room, delivery techniques, explained the natural delivery process, as well as non pharmacological pain relief methods such as delivery balls, breathing, and massage to alleviate pain and discomfort.

准妈妈准爸爸们怀揣激动又好奇的心情来到产房，参观神秘而又温暖的新生命诞生的地方，与助产士们面对面交流，领略了安联医院充满爱的分娩之旅，消除了紧张情绪，多一份从容和信心，为顺利分娩做好准备。

The parents-to-be were very happy for the chance to visit the delivery room and having face-to-face conversations with midwives. They really enjoyed the event at Roicare, a well as eliminating the stress for natural birth and be more confidence ready for a smooth delivery.
